Until now, gigabit troubleshooting has required specialized, expensive NICs such as TurboCap and desktop PCs to capture and send packets.

However, by using the USB 3.0 interface, which has a bandwidth of up to 5Gbps, you can easily perform gigabit measurements, troubleshooting, and capture on your laptop.

ProfiShark 1G is a device that can perform full capture and packet transmission at full duplex 2Gbps with USB3.0 connection. ProfiShark1G can transparently tap 1Gbps traffic and capture 2Gbps traffic without bottlenecks even on low-power devices such as laptops.

PC connection
Normally, it can be connected to a PC using USB3.0, and power supply and hardware capture can be performed with a single cable. (If the notebook PC does not have enough power, you can connect it with a separate DC5V AC adapter to supply power.)

NAS linkage
By directly connecting Synology's NAS to the ProfiShark series, you can capture for a long time without the need for a PC
You can select normal capture or ring buffer (discarding old files).
